The problem

Organisers were locked into one payment provider and had no trustworthy way to validate tickets at the gate, leading to duplicate entries and settlement disputes.

What we built

A four-surface platform with a gateway-agnostic payment layer, signed webhooks for settlement truth, and a hardened Flutter scanner app that validates tickets offline-first.

    SSL pinning, root/jailbreak detection and MFA on sensitive actions.
