The problem

Chit fund operators ran auctions, member ledgers and payouts on paper and spreadsheets. Reconciliation took days, auction disputes were common, and members had no visibility into their own dues or returns.

What we built

We built a single source of truth: a PostgreSQL-backed ledger, a real-time auction engine over Socket.IO, and role-aware web and mobile clients so operators, agents and members all work from the same live data.
